Introduction to Composites
This course provides an in-depth overview of composites methods and processes.
It covers current composite materials and equipment, including typical
applications, advantages/disadvantages and limitations. Demos will be given
using GRP Laminating, Vacuum bagging/wet layup, Resin infusion and
Prepreg/autoclaving.

Vacuum bagging / Wet layup
This course provides an in-depth and hands on training of wet layup laminating
and advanced vacuum bagging techniques.
It includes related theory, demonstrations and practical exercises .These demonstrate the various ways in which a range of vacuum bagging methods
can be applied effectively to a range of technical moldings

Carbon Fiber Skinning / Wrapping
This course provides hands on training on Carbon fiber wrapping and skinning parts. Demonstrations and practical exercises will be given on Surface preparation, Sanding techniques, Material selection, Wrapping techniques, Polishing and Clear coating.
At the end of the course, participants should feel confident in working with and wrapping carbon fiber parts.
